On the 18th of May 2008, UNIFIL will celebrate its 23rd Anniversary in Chater Road, Central.

For the past 23 years, UNIFIL has been at the forefront of the Filipino migrant workers movement in Hong Kong in promoting and advancing the rights and welfare of one of the most vulnerable sector in Hong Kong's society, the foreign domestic helpers.

During these years, the support of the Filipino community, both migrant workers and those in the business sector, as well as local solidarity friends have been overwhelming. Without these support, UNIFIL could not have achieved its plans and objectives.

This year, we want to return the favor to our constituency by providing them a whole day of fun, games and performances that will be presented by the different members of UNIFIL-HK, its' partner organizations and alliances.

This year, we will celebrate our victories and achievements that benefited our fellow migrant workers.

In this light, we wish to invite you to attend our anniversary and join us in this historic event.
