2008年台灣綠黨＆性少數回顧（附英日文版）

前言：自台灣綠黨（不是民進黨）比較正式地重新於2006年投入選舉開始，就連年獲得同志及其他弱勢團體如外勞、外配、漢生病患等的推薦；2008年，有鑑於大黨政治人物的背叛，部份同志團體進而「只」推薦綠黨及其盟友火盟。弱勢團體之所以如此熱烈支持，原因不外乎是綠黨平時對弱勢的用心。以同志而言，綠黨的潘翰聲先生多次撰寫同志平權文章；綠黨溫柄原先生到場聲援遠雄歧視同志事件；重要活動如同志團體的募款晚會與同志大遊行更不曾缺席。此外，作為一個國際性的政黨，綠黨在世界各地同樣在同志平權運動方面有出色的表現，如英國綠黨的倫敦市長參選人強森發佈過同志政策白皮書、法國綠黨市長挑戰法律舉辦同志婚姻等。08年美國綠黨籍總統候選人Ralph Nader表示：「推動同性戀婚姻是必輸的，民事結合反而容易得到共識，當然他認為最根本的，國家沒有權利這樣干涉個人的婚姻自由。」
一、07年年底於立委選舉的主要政見中，明定「推動同性婚姻合法化」，並持續宣傳至08年1月初選舉尾聲。除政見外，於電視轉播的公辦政見會上也正面提出此項主張，在各黨中態度最為明確。（在這次選舉裡，另外還有兩個小黨提出同志政見，但向公眾正面宣傳的程度有限。）
07年末、立法委員会（日本の国会に相当する）選挙のマニフェストに「同性愛者婚姻合法化」を明記した上で、08年1月の選挙終盤まで宣伝し続けた。マニフェスト以外テレビ中継の記者会見でもこの主張を公にした。諸党中最も明確に態度を表明した候補者となった。（今回の選挙中、同性愛者寄りの言論を展開する党はそのほかにも二つあったが、大衆への浸透が不十分であった。）
二、9月，共同召集人張宏林先生在自己的電台節目中，幫跨性別諮詢專線和同志遊行宣傳。
9月、共催者の張宏林さんが自分のラジオ番組でトランスジェンダー向けホットラインと性的マイノリティのデモ行進支援宣伝を呼びかけた。
三、依往年慣例，多次撰寫同志平權文章的秘書長潘翰聲，攜女參加性少數團體同志諮詢熱線募款晚會（Taiwan Tongzhi Hotline Association）。
毎年恒例に従い、ホモ権利平等論を唱えられてきた事務局長の潘翰聲さんは娘を携え、性的マイノリティのホットライン・パーティーに参加した。
四、依往年慣例，參加9月27日的性少數大遊行。（在台灣一般稱為同志大遊行）
毎年恒例の、9月27日の性的マイノリティ・デモ大行進（台湾では一般的に同志大遊行と呼ばれる）に参加した。
五、10月12日，立委選舉全國不分區候選人陳曼麗女士參加和同志密切相關的同居伴侶法座談（公民結合）。
立法委員会比例代表候補陳曼麗女史はホモに密接に関連する同居伴侶法レクチャーに参加した。
六、10月15日，同志團體同志伴侶協會向遠雄集團旗下的大樓租屋無端被拒，溫炳原先生前去聲援。
10月15日、同性愛者団体の同性愛者伴侶協会が遠雄グループ傘下のビル賃借業者に無理やり断られたことで、温炳原さんが駆け付けで応援をした。
七、12月，台灣的學運野草莓運動辦演唱會，有樂團於表演時講出歧視言論：「馬英九是GAY、娘娘腔。」事後野草莓發表的聲明被認為迴避責任與缺乏立場。其後在相關的座談會上，潘翰疆先生就此事提出批評。
12月、台湾学生運動の「野苺」がコンサートを開催し、あるバンドが演奏中、「馬英九は同性愛者で、女々しい奴だ！」と差別めいた発言をした。事件発生後の反省会で、潘翰疆さんより責任逃避などの点で厳しく指摘した。
台灣綠黨是國際性政黨綠黨的一支，主要以保護生態環境、堅持社會正義與世界和平為訴求。除了環境運動之外，也積極參與或協助各項弱勢運動，例如同志運動、樂生院保留運動（漢生病患／ハンセン病）等。07年年底台灣立法委員選舉，台灣綠黨受到性少數、漢生病患、外籍勞工與外籍配偶(主要為東南亞籍)等弱勢團體的推薦。
台湾緑党は国際政党緑党の一員であり、主に生態環境保全と社会正義と世界平和を訴えることほか、積極的に各種弱者救済に参与し、同性愛者活動、樂生院保留運動（ハンセン病）などが例えられる。07年末の台湾立法委員会選挙、台湾緑党が性的マイノリティ、ハンセン病患者、外国人労働者と外国人配偶者（主に東南アジア籍）などの弱者団体の推薦を受けていた。

Retrospective of 2008: The Green Party Taiwan & Sexual Minority
1. The Green Party Taiwan's campaign for the last Legislative election put "ligization of gay marriage" in it's main policy proposal in the end of 2007, and campaigned for it peresistly to the polling day at January, 2008. Beside occupying in a conspiciously place in its' policy proposal, such stance was vigrously vindicated in the televised public-fund policy debate event. The Green Party Taiwan was the most vocal champain of gay-firendly policy among all parties contending in this election. (Two other minor parties had pro-gay policy, and yet they didn't take a clear stance on this front in their compain trail.)
2.On Setemper, the Co-convener Zhang Hong-Lin (張宏林) advertized for the Transexual Hotline, and the parade of sexual minorty in his radio program.
3.As an annual rite, the General secretary Pan Han-sheng (潘翰聲) took his daughter to attend an money rasing event hold by Taiwan Tongzhi hotline Association.
4. Also as an annual rite, the Green Party Taiwan took part in the Grand Parade of Sexual Minority(known as The Grand Parade of the Homosexual )
5.Octorbor 12th, the candidtate for Legislator election at-large district Chen man-li (陳曼麗) attended a meeting on same-sex couples law (civil union law) which is intemately related to the interest of the gay.
6.Octorbor 15th, a group stand for the interest of homosexuality called Association of (Gay Couples) was rejected without being aprised of the cause when they desire to rent a room in the building belong to Farglory cooperation, and Mr. Wen Bing-Yuan (溫炳原) came to their assistance.
7.On December, in the concert hold by the student movement "Wildberry", a band spoke discriminately against the homosexuality in their performance: "Ma Ying-jeou (馬英九) is sissy, and a gay." The statement made by Wildbeery to address the gaffe was regarded as being largely ambigous and irresponsible. In the meeting to review the student movement afterward, Mr.Pan Han-Chiang (潘翰疆) was particularly critical on this regard.
Green Party Taiwan is part of International Green Party affliation, and environment protection, promotion of social justice, and achving world peace are its' core issue. Except activitily crusading for environmental cause, it also agressively takes part or offers assistance to various cause for the underprivilged, such as preservation of Losheng Sanatorium. In the Legislative election campaign at the end of 2007, Green Party Taiwan was endorsed by interested groups formed by sexual minorty, Hansen's disease patients, forigen labours, and new immigrants (mainly from South Asia.)
