對於被員工爆料,公司邀求員工簽署在特殊狀況下,可允許薪資低於基本工資一事,欣興發言人沈再生強調,公司絕對不會做違法的事,且相關規定一定會依勞基法行使。不過,沈再生坦言,也希望員工能共體時艱。
沈再生指出,這也是公司願意與員工共同進退的作法,如果公司直接裁員可能更省事,但這是否又會遭員工不滿。
欣興有一廠已停工,員工也精簡調派其他事業單位。此外,沈再生表示,表現績優的員工還是有年終獎金可領。
傳出聯電子公司欣興電子要求員工休無薪假,月薪卻低於基本工資,勞委會表示,去年十二月廿二日新解釋令公布後,任何狀況的無薪假都不可低於基本工資,勞工依法可要求雇主補足這段期間的薪資差額。且若查證屬實,將依勞基法處雇主二千到二萬元不等的罰鍰,並可連續處罰。
