綠色和平於日前發布調查報告，發現漁業署花大錢救漁業，卻讓魚源更枯竭。漁業署非但沒有檢討政策，更扭曲海洋保育方案效益。短視近利的政策將加速漁業經濟崩潰、人民未來無魚可吃。綠色和平明日將派出中西太平洋消失中的鮪魚，請漁業署說明馬總統承諾的永續漁業政策在哪裡。

Greenpeace’s recent report reveals the Fisheries Agency’s inadequate budget usage has jeopardized the scarce marine resources in West Central Pacific. Instead of reviewing its flawed policies, the Fisheries Agency has intentionally distorted the purpose and effectiveness of conservation methods. Greenpeace will be sending the threatened tuna from West Central Pacific tomorrow, to ask the Fisheries Agency to explain how the sustainable promises made by President Ma Ying-Jeou can be realized by FA.
